National Sales Training Program with CEB - Leading Edge

Leading Edge have partnered with CEB (Sales Executive Council) to adopt their ‘Challenger’ sales programme across our national sales team. We invested in this training programme to help develop our nationwide sales teams!

Learning and development is a key part of our people’s career progression at Leading Edge. We are adopting a ‘challenger’ sales profile nationwide and are in the process of carrying out the Sales Executive training programme across every business unit.

Leading Edge Sales Training Programme

Leading Edge kicked off this training programme with CEB at the #NextLevel2013 Corporate Conference in September 2013. Over two years CEB will work with the New Zealand Leading Edge sales teams to build Challenger profiles through focusing on:

  • Leveraging CEB’s global network of senior leaders in key functional roles;

  • Focusing on identifying common challenges;

  • Using world-class research to identify and build on proven solutions to those challenges; and,

  • Leveraging a global service infrastructure to deliver these insights, best practices, and tools.
