Struan AbernethyGroup CEO NZ/AU/UK
Struan has over 27 years’ experience in business leadership positions across retail, hospitality, and business to business sales environments. His Leading Edge career commenced in our New Zealand model during 2012 where he was appointed as General Manager of our Corporate Sales business unit. Through strong leadership Struan transformed the LE Corporate model reflected in significant increased team engagement, and increased market share, from 55% to 100% inside two years. This engagement increase lead to Leading Edge winning 'Most Improved Workplace' in NZ best places to work survey. In 2014 Struan won Senior Leader of the Year across the NZ business.
Struan stepped into the role of Group CEO in October 2015, overseeing operations across New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. He holds a Certificate in Direct Marketing via the Direct Marketing Association of New Zealand and was invited to study with the University Of Virginia Darden School Of Business in the fields of Strategy, Macro Economics, Entrepreneurism, and Leadership.
Struan’s work was further recognized in 2016 by the Auckland University Technology School of Business where Leading Edge NZ was selected as a finalist in the New Zealand Business Awards.
He is passionate about building a Legacy of success in his current role and believes that Leadership is the only true competitive advantage in today’s business world.
Ryan KoppensDirector of Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships
Ryan encourages our leaders to enable our values-based work culture, in particular embracing fun, being excellent and taking ownership. He strongly believe that our people living and loving our brands is what makes our company successful.

Andrew CollinsHead of Telco and ICT
Andrew Collins has over 20 years in the ICT Industry, working across retail and corporate channels. He has a BComm (Macro Economics major) from the University of Auckland and 17 years sales management and strategic vendor management experience.
Andrew is responsible for ICT Channels and associated services across Leading Edge NZ, including retail, small business, corporate business, mobile fleet management and franchise services. He manages engagement with our sales channel partners to maintain and grow revenue streams for our nationwide sales operations.'
