Across the last 12 months our business has had a 20% increase in engagement and Leading Edge now sits in the top 25% of engaged New Zealand organisations.
Our Corporate business unit has shifted from 17.6% engaged in 2012 to 63.9% engaged in 2013, we have no disengaged staff across our whole Corporate business and our engagement score for Corporate is 10% higher than the average score for the top 25% of New Zealand organisations!
