Genesis Energy partnered with Leading Edge due to our proven sales expertise and history. Genesis Energy had an increasingly competitive market place with the growing challenge of fighting for business customers. Leading Edge’s key function in our partnership supporting Genesis Energy is B2B acquisition, B2B retention and Back-office Efficiency support.
We established a retention team with the focus of contracting in as many customers as possible over a short period. This resulted in a significant uplift in contract conversion rate.
Customer acquisition is another component of our partnership so we built a team and put in place a strategy to acquire a high targeted quantity of new customers for Genesis Energy over a short period. To ensure the newly acquired customers have a continued ongoing relationship with Genesis Energy after the expiration of their contract term, we are assisting Genesis Energy with the customer lifecycle management process.
