Run in association with The New Zealand Herald, and proudly supported by Kiwibank, the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA), and the Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment, the survey allows organisations to gather feedback from employees about their workplace.

Leading Edge won the overall ‘Most Improved Workplace’ Award and placed 2nd in New Zealand for the ‘Best Medium-Large Workplace’!

Across the last 12 months the Leading Edge business has had a 20% increase in engagement and Leading Edge now sits with the top 25% of engaged New Zealand organisations!
